Send an Update

To my former Patients:

“Throughout my 10+ years in practice, I’ve had the privilege of serving thousands of families from New York all the way to California. Every single one of you is special and has touched me in some way. Leaving a practice, hospital, or city is never easy, especially when it involves saying goodbye to you: the beautiful patients and families who’ve put their trust in me and brought so much fulfillment to my daily work. If you ever wonder whether I’d want an update on how your kids are doing - medically or in life goalposts - the answer is most definitely YES! Send an update message using the form below, and rest assured that I’ll personally be reading each and every one. Again, an enormous thank you for the tremendous privilege of caring for your most precious little ones.”
